Who do you think is the smallest people here in our time in this world? I though it was "Mahal" (Filipina actress, actress? confused (~.~)) Then I read and saw a picture of this little girl, as in literal meaning of "little", Jyoti Amge. She is about the size of a cat. She is just 1ft and 11 in. (58 cm) in height. This girl is already 15 years old. She has a form of dwarfism called achondroplasia and won’t grow any taller than her current height. And she seems to be happy in that condition because of her popularity.
