Filipino vs. American's

Fresh Off the Boat... a term used to describe newly arrive Filipinos, and it'e become derogatory.
Are you a FOB? Were you FOB Bashed? Or were you a FOB Basher?

I was browsing Youtube for some videos that related to Filipinos and I found out this debate about something discrimination or something. Discrimination within the Filipino community. Filipinos hating Filipinos, yes, there is a battle within.

I noticed most Fil Am's dont even care about the Philippines, they always say 'WE' referring to the US, and they sh*t like "I am wrong for saying the Philippines is part of Asia and they say I am not educated like them cause I went to school in the Philippines, they don't even know our education, they never even been there", who the f*ck do they think they are, alot of them are ignorant and stuck up.

Well, you can leave your comments here about this.

Its so sad that Filipinos are fighting with each other. We always say that Filipinos are united but what about now??

right... some says that Filipinos are united... but they don't know how Filipinos deal with each other just in a simple matter... they will fight just to take their own pride even if his enemy is one of them...

Yeah, I remember my cousin told me that he's a Canadian and it's like he'll puke when he admit that he's a Filipino too.

I'm kind of BOBO, ano yung FOB?

    Thanks!

I agree it's discrimination and it is very wide in the Philippines, we discriminate each other. It all comes down to the parents, i have seen a lot of parents still managed to teach their children how to be Filipino but for some reason with the other parents they show some hates and discrimination with there own country and that teaching there kids to do the same.

No matter what damn excuses we give as a parent, we still have the majority of the influence to our kids and that explains who we are as a person (Our kids actions show them all).

Therefore, if your a mother married to a foreigner or a family migrated to other country you should learn to look back of where you came from and that will teach your kids aswell.

some of them, once they stepped in other countries' ground, they felt that they're belong to those who lived there. They'll change they're attitudes and cultures for the sake of their will to become those. But they didn't know, they can never change what they are from the start. They're just fooling themselves. They are the one who are pathetic in that way...
